Usually, resetting the Controller to factory defaults does the trick: Push the power and + buttons simultaneously until the Logitech logo appears. You will have to re-enter your wi-fi password. If it happens again, try to re-install the software. It happens a lot less often to me since I have given up to enable the playback beta feature.
