Afraid it is! worked fine before we moved.
But really, it's not clear to me what is working and what not. You say you can't access LMS, but you report an error you're getting when entering credentials. How would you enter credentials if you couldn't access LMS?
I hate to say it, but maybe you should post a screenshot of what you're seeing...
