Yes - I saw that, and new playlists wind up in the correct directory --
What happened to me is a whoe group of "empty" playlists which show a different path - they belonged to another server setup, --- This is a new setup, but I tried to copy the old /var/lib folder into the new setup --- probably the source of the orphaned playlist entries...
