To update, I changed my password in msb.com.  I can log in there.  But
when I try to change the password in LMS, it says invalid username or
password.  It's very confusing to me.

Make sure you're running the latest LMS nighty. There have been issues with some characters in the mysb.com credentials when entered in LMS.

Maybe I should just disable the Qobuz plugin to see if I get back my
other apps?

Qobuz has nothing to do with mysb.com based services.
