I don't think I defined a folder.
Then check your system whether you have one. The file you're looking for is favorites.opml.
I don't see any folder or file called "cache" in the Squeezebox folder under Program Files. I did wipe the cache in LMS yesterday.
If you wiped it then you certainly knew where to look for it? Check Settings/Information for the actual path.
I don't have a backup of program files.
You should have a backup of your data. If you don't, then start doing it today.
I also did a Windows 7 uninstall of LMS during my troubles yesterday, if that messes me up.
In that case you were asked whether you wanted to keep your data or not. If you decided not to keep it, then oh well. It's gone.
So where exactly would the cache folder be?
