The Touches use DHCP, too, but the Receivers always lost the connection with DHCP. That's why I switched to static(! not designated) IPs for my Receivers, see 'here' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?108454-Receiver-connects-only-after-cutting-and-restoring-power&p=902991&viewfull=1#post902991). There's a 'new configuration tool' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?111855-New-configuration-utility) you might want to try (full disclosure, I didn't test it, yet).
