So, this amp? does it only have three control positions ?

1, 2 and 3 ?

is it on each speaker ?

If one is the lowest setting on the amp, what happens if you use Volume
controls Outputs (don't forget to Apply :))

In the LMS gui set the volume to 0

Do you hear anything from the speakers ?

Click or tap on the Right hand side speaker icon, just once. If yopu
hover the mouse over the sound bar it should have change from 0 to 2.

Each tap should increase the volume by 2 (I don't know the calibration
unit, but it does not really matter)

Increase by single taps until either the volume is comfortable and then
what the number reads.

If the amp volume control is variable, just ease it off its null point
and do the same procedure.

By adjusting each value it may be possible to reach a level you are
happy with.

The name of the amp might help, or a screenshot of the speakers if they
are powered.
