If so, when I have seen the minimal menu you are describing, the player (duet receiver) is not "seeing" LMS. I have seen the same thing after say a power failure where my server did not start correctly. One thing you could try is another player if you have one, or if not, install Squeezelite-X on your PC (I think you are using a PC?) This is basically another "player" just like your duet receiver.
