The controller is only needed to set up the receiver. The other tools
(Net::UDAP and SBConfig) can be used to config the receiver if you don't
have a Duet Controller. Once the receiver is set up you can control what
it plays using Material skin, web browser, Orange Squeeze, iPeng, etc.
