Hello, I hear that there is a lack of Windows development machines for Dulwich, and I have a proposal.
I acquired a Windows virtual private server this month, but I no longer need it. Thus, if someone has interest in an account on that machine (or even a built-bot, if I can get some assistance setting it up), then it's available to you.
