Dear Shawn,

we have this in our developer part, which is not publicly
available, contained in a multi-scale framework developed
by Markus Wolff here in our group. This is not yet
scheduled for being included in the stable publicly
available part of Dumux, but at some point it sure will be
included.

If you need something fast and cannot wait until it is
available, an estimation of the intrinsic bulk
permeability of the whole domain can be calculated with
not too much effort, provided that the global domain is of
simple rectangular shape. It can be derived as a
post-process of the result of a simulation setup like
tutorial exercise 1g simplified to one-phase flow. If that
is what you need, I can provide you with some references
and maybe code lines.

Kind regards
Bernd
