However, up to now, cell-centered is an ad-hoc implementation with a lot of copying and pasting from box. This should be done nicely, which requires a restructuring of the (common part of the) box and cc model. And also a few name changes of general functions like relativeErrorVertex. I propose to do the development for stable in a branch.
