FS#210 - enthalpy of dissolved component User who did this - Philipp Nuske (PhilippNuske) ---------- To be more precise: h2on2fluidsystemkinetic is a special case because it needs to provide enthalpies of all components in all phases. The other fluid systems: - use mass fraction weighted enthalpies for the gas phase enthalpy (i.e. ideal mixture) - use the enthalpy of water / napl for the liquid phase. Solubilities in the liquid phase are (orders of magnitude) smaller than those in the gas phase, therefore the error is smaller. However, this is not perfect. Two contributions are neglected: the contribution of the dissolved component (well the difference to the main component) and the enthalpy of dissolution. ---------- More information can be found at the following URL: http://www.dumux.org/flyspray/index.php?do=details&task_id=210#comment385 You are receiving this message because you have requested it from the Flyspray bugtracking system.
