FS#258 - [cleanup 1p2c] Remove useTwoPointGradients User who did this - Bernd Flemisch (bernd) ---------- I checked all useTwoPointGradient functions in stable and devel. They all return false, apart from appl/co2/sleipner and appl/co2/snohvit. There, a 2p model is used and therefore the functions are not called. Since this shows that the presence of that function is misleading and we apparently don't have a use case where the decision between TPFA and MPFA is a local one, I also would like to get rid of the 1p2c specific functionality. The decision for TPFA can me made for both robustness and efficiency.
