FS#211 - Convenience functions should always be used in fluxVars

For the non-isothermal model any implicit model can be used as a base model.
The ni-model however needs access to common properties like density for
example. This would imply then that all density functions have to have the same
arguments and function name in each specific model volumevaribales.
As I understand the convenience functions should be allowed to have different
names and arguments for individual models?

So two possibilites:
(1) Either all convenience functions required by the ni-model have the same
calling syntax in each model (density, internalEmergy, saturation and enthalpy)
(2) Or the ni-model is allowed as an exception, since it requires a general
calling syntax of the properties
