Hi Ken, my first guess would be, that you need to install BLAS (not openBlas) and LAPACK and their -devel packages. Probably installing a fortran compiler like gfortran is a good idea, too. Currently I believe, that it should work without these dependencies, but I might be wrong. And it is advised to have them installed anyway.
Your output is not complete, as CMake does not perform all checks,
because it reuses cached values. Remove the build-cmake directories from
dune-common and dune-istl, re-run CMake and post the complete output.
Maybe this will be more helpful.
