Hi Gergő, to extend Thomas' answer to your first question: The equations are part of our Doxygen documentation. The online version of 2.10 is currently corrupted [1], so use 2.9 for the time being. Go to the module tab and there is a list of our modules and in the detailed description are all the equations we provide. See for example http://www.dumux.org/doxygen-stable/html-2.9/a01667.php
