Thank you very much for your reply! I was mistaken: relative path works
too; I only have to make the path relative to the project folder (dumux
folder) when using Eclipse’s run button. My input file looks like this:
[TimeManager]
DtInitial = 1e-4 # [s]
TEnd = 1 # [s]
[Grid]
File = ./test/lshape.msh
[Problem]
Name = test
[Implicit]
EnableJacobianRecycling = 1
[ElectroChemistry]
CurrentDensityInit = 1e4
SolDependentNeumann = 0
HumidificationDeg = 20
H2OLossMembrane = 2
[Output]
FreqOutput = 20
FreqRestart = 200
[SpatialParams]
Peremeability = 1e-10
Porosity = 0.5
ResidualSw = 0
ResidualSn = 0
GenuchtenAlpha = 1e-2
GenuchtenN = 2
[InitialBoundary]
PressureWDiri = 1e5
SatNDiri = 0.0
TemperatureInit = 333
PressureWInit = 1e5
SatNInit = 0.0
The bin runs without errors when I replace the Grid.File parameter with
Grid.LowerLeft = 0 0, Grid.UpperRight = 1 1 and Grid.Cells = 2 2 (my
L-shape is a 1m x 1m domain where a 0.5m x 0.5m piece is missing).
Kind regards,
Gergoe
