Hi Gergö,
if you are on a Dumux 2.x release, the ImplicitModel has a function globalStorage that does exactly what you describe. For the immiscible models, this corresponds to the phase storage. For the miscible models, it calculates component masses/moles. Those models have an extra globalPhaseStorage function. Kind regards Bernd Von: Gergely Schmidt Gesendet: Samstag, 3. I'd like to calculate the global phase storage (the integral of all conservation quantities over the solution domain). Is there a better way than iterating over all sub-control-volume and calling localresidual/computeStorage? Background: I'd like to track the phase mass changes within the solution domain in order to detect steady state. Thank you for any hint on this! Best regards, Gergö Schmidt _______________________________________________ Dumux mailing list Dumux@listserv.uni-stuttgart.de https://listserv.uni-stuttgart.de/mailman/listinfo/dumux
