Hi Reza,
in the older versions of Dumux the files are called optim.opts / debug.opts.
If you have installed different versions of gcc you can check the default
version on your system at the prompt "gcc --version". As Katharina said, you can
set the compiler in the *.opts file. Another option which may work is to source
your perfered compiler directly in the bash, afterwards "gcc --version" should
give you the correct version. But then you have to ensure to load the compiler
before each new compialtion, simulation run,...
