Dear Timo, I have modified the pointSource where the point source will produce some chemical under certain conditions. Now, I want the value of this new source term in neumann so that I can change the neumann boundary conditions which depends on the production of chemicals.
This is the reason why I wanted to call pointSource(...) in neumann(...). I hope now you have a better idea of what I am trying to do? The function "pointSource" let's you modify a single point source and is called for all point sources in your system. The function "neumann" is called on all (sub-)control-volume faces with Neumann boundary conditions. Hence, it doesn't make sense to call the "pointSource" function in the "neumann" function, because point sources have nothing to do with Neumann boundaries.
