Dear Mohammad, it is hard to say without more information. What did you try so far? Your material parameter look quite extreme, so if you also use regularisation for the pc-sw curve or possibly some incompatible initial conditions/injection rate this might happen. But it looks like you plotted your material laws and it looks fine? You could start with less extreme values to see if the same happens. Also make sure the Newton is actually converged.
