Dear Timothé, welcome to the Dumux mailing list and cool that you are considering Dumux. From the logs it appears that something is wrong with your local installation of openmpi. You might have changed your openmpi installation inbetween two installs?
I would try to * reinstall openmpi using the Ubuntu package manager to make sure the installation is sane * make sure you remove the already downloaded Dune/Dumux modules (or at least remove build-cmake/CMakeCache.txt and build-cmake/CMakeFiles of all modules) * rerun the installation script * alternatively to the last two just try it in a completely new folder Let me know if the problem persists.
