We are excited to announce the release of DuMuX 3.9!

DuMuX 3.9 requires Dune >=2.9 and CMake >= 3.16. It was tested with
dune-mmesh 1.4 and OPM 2023.10.

Highlights from this release:

-Energy Balance: Improved implementation to include gravity
contribution.
-Porous Medium Flow (2pncmin): Bug fix for non-isothermal tests to use
current permeability.
-TPFA Dispersion: Corrected transmissibility calculation for dispersion
fluxes.
-Pore Network: Added two-phase compositional fluid flow model and test
case.
- Components: Introduced ShomateMethod class for heat capacity and
enthalpy calculations.
