One thing that I've seen requested is a way to exchange cost information. So, for example if you send out a query for 12125551212 you would get back a response from provider A that he is willing to accept the call but wants $0.05/min and a response from provider B but wants $0.02/min. The originator of the call would then be able to make a choice between these two routes based upon that information. Of course, providers would need some way to limit responses to queries from peers that they have a way to bill for... Jeff
