We are one of leading company in Optical and Fashion Retail Industry, 
currently looking for an energic and skillful people to fulfill the 
vacancy as Merchandiser and Secretary.
•       Diploma Graduate and have at least 2 years relevant working 
experience 
•       Able to multi-task and co-ordinate day to day activities. 
•       Able to handle buyers & suppliers account independently 
•       Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin 
•       Independent with good follow up skills 
•       Good working attitude and proficient in record keeping.
•       Main duties: Coordinating with supplier and buyer to ensure 
on-time delivery of shipments. Execution of orders, order follow up, 
obtaining approval for production sample, interacting with suppliers 
and buyers on the status of running orders, issuing PO to supplier 
and coordinate with finance for issuance invoice to buyers and  
follow up on payments from buyer and inform urgent payments to 
suppliers to the finance dept.
