Third, you may have one of the GV 19 k internals, but the
protocol needed to handle this is no longer supported by most ISP's,
so either the Apple or GV internals both run at 14.4 (they can be
distinguished by the color of their RJ11 plugs GV is blac/dk grey,
beleive apple is green or white, european models have a din connector
which requires an adapter), or by the software installed on the duo.
