Kris,

here is the link that I used to download it. It worked fine for me. No you
don't need to have any kind of Palm installed to use it. In fact there is a
link on their site for people who use the software, but don't own a palm
organizer.

Is that the link you used? Palm Desktop is the name of the app that was
formerly Claris Organizer. I'm not sure of the size of the download, but
unstuffed, the installer is 6..5 megs. On that page listed above, there are
two differnet downloads, as I recall. One is for those upgrading from dsktop
version 2.5 to 2.6.1, the other is for everyone else, make sure you download
the "other" version, as the first one is only a small upgrade fro the
desktop 2.5 application that included some minor stuff.
