I do like TouchBase Pro and DateBook Pro and am still
using them on my 2400c G3 running OS 8.6. TB Pro is
old enough that it really isn't set up with fields for
all the multiple phone numbers (pagers, cell etc.)
that people use, although you can accommodate this
somewhat with customized fields. It also has no way of
handling email addresses or emails. Maybe one could
teach it to do that with Applescript. Funny, I
couldn't get it to run on my 9600 under OS 8.1, but it
runs just fine on the 2400c G3 under OS 8.6. TB Pro
and DB Pro are very well integrated--a great feature.
But being an old program oblivious to the world of
email is its fatal flaw. Having to have multiple
address books is unacceptable, in my view...
