Well the odd thing is that there is no keyboard at all attached, 
either to the dock and the duo keyboard is disconnected.  The problem 
is semi-random.  The dialog box pops up every 1-15 seconds or so, 
entirely on random.

Maybe, I can get around the problem if there is a way to disable the 
power key through software ?
