This is my assessment after more than 100 ebay transactions in which (believe it or not) I mailed the seller CASH! (Only 2 in 100 sellers walked off with the cash). For example, I mailed a Rebecca, a college student $70 cash for a toner cartridge. She could have said she never got it, but wrote me the following right away: Subject: Ebay Payment Recieved!
