I recently posted a message about sleep>shutdown problems with OS9 and a 400mhz 2400. It seems to have been solved when I updated from MS Word 98 (OS8.0 version) to the OS8.5 version. The 2400 is still running OS9 and is OK. It was the older MS Word 98 (from three years ago) that was causing the conflict with my other extentions.
