I'm sure I won't be alone in responding to you that the PB2400 has a video out port for external monitors, and an ADB port for external keyboards and other ADB devices. Your message gives me the opportunity to rave once again about the notebook/monitor/external keyboard combination. In this configuration, the 2400 serves as both a light-weight highly mobile platform (it actually fits on an airline tray table along with a drink at the same time), and a broadly functional desktop platform when connected to external devices (in my case a 15" Apple flat panel display). My 2400 replaced both an older PB and a Mac desktop. Why have 2 CPUs (and the headache of desktop-laptop file synchronization) when the 2400 can go both ways! While a stand alone Wallstreet/Lombard/Pismo can also serve as a desktop replacement, it neither has the mobility nor desktop ergonomics of the 2400+ configuration. Now, if only Apple could come out with a new PB under 4 lbs.
