Beyond 12 MB, the GURU utility (download it from NewerTech's website) lists
configs of (16, 18, 20, 24, 32, 36, 40MB). Given that there's 4 MB on the
motherboard, you can do the math. Just keep looking on eBay, that's where I
found a 20 MB card to goose up a 230 from 12 to 24MB. Of course, there's
lots of folks who won't deal with out-of-country shipments. [not sure why,
since if one has the phrase "Buyer pays shipping." and uses PayPal or some
such thing, there should be no worries.]

Search on "Powerbook 200" (no quotes, of course). The only thing that comes
up is the Powerbook 200 Series manual. Or, you can just hit the Browse tab
and see all the Powerbook docs they have and download what you want.
