Any chance of a conflict between standard HFS and HFS+ hard disk
formats here? I've happily used SCSI mode between reasonably similar
systems and hardware, but was recently unable to mount my 2300 with
known good cable/adapter/minidock on an LC with OS7.1 and standard
HFS.
You do need the adapter.
I believe there was a post on this list on how to mount the LC on a
duo in SCSI mode - i.e. the reverse of the typical configuration, and
it doesn't require an adaptor.
