Joshua,

With the newer OS (Brandy is right... give us specs)... you can't 
manipulate the modem init strings within the control panel.  There are 
script writing tools available to do this for custom scripts.  Let me 
know if you have trouble finding a modem script generator and I'll 
scratch one up.
