if you have internet access while you are there you may want to try connecting remotely via appleshare TCP/IP. has anyone done this? i'm gonna try it tommorow. you can log in as if you were in the same room on another computer, regular old login and password, as long as you have a static IP address. oh yeah, that's why i've enever done it, i have DHCP server and IP is assigned daily. i guess i won't be trying it. but i've always wanted to. bob >Hey, gang, I'm taking my 2400c to Germany for an extended stay, and want to >be able to access to my home Mac files via phone.
