I have a dual battery charger and I was wondering if this also conditioned the batteries when charging. I have inserted a few Type 1 batteries and they get a green light within 15 minutes. I can't imagine this is good. I'm sure they are rather old and at the end of their life. I was hoping to condition them to see if it helps. This charger is the second model released (of 3) but I don't know much about them.
