agreed with all. I don't know about MCE but i had to deal with Newer a few times, I
also had a defective G3 card, they sent me a replacement in less than 24 hours (I
have no idea how they did it).
Very professional people, great experience.
And yes, I'm also waiting for a new subnotebook.
