sold a 270c to a client, and when he got it, the computer worked perfectly outside of appletalk not engaging! It gives him an error of sorts, that appletalk cannot be activated. Never heard of this. I told him to zap the pram, to dump the appletalk preferences, to restart the computer, and NOW I just suggested that he disengage the modem that might be interfering with appletalk.
