Good points Jimmy. I did hear at our local dBug organizations presentation
by Apple last month that the Cube IS filling a need: that of the small
office where desk top space is a premium. Examples were small architect and
engineering firms where large drawings and stack are routinely placed on
tabletops and the 4-5 people are crowded into a small office space. Going
are the days that the office computer needs a 'special' desk and support
equipment - Apple seems to be trying to lead that trend. Back in the days
when it was "impressive" to show off your large computer power (penis envy?)
large size was acceptable. Now I just want a unit that I can fit in my roll
top desk so I can hide my clutter. The cube looks like it could do that.
