I forget where I downloaded the software from but I have the same
card, 0S 9 and a 2400 and it works fine(Both ethernet and the modem).
You need the GV pc card enabler, the 3.0 and then the 3.0.6 update
and you may or may not need the rom updater.
If you can't find these on gv's ftp site I can go threw my own
backups and put them on a ftp server for you.
