How much does DT&T charge for that sort of service? 

I ask because I broke my golden rule (always buy a very nice machine with
maxed RAM, never buy junk/broken machines) and not too long ago bought a
dead 2400. That might end up being my last recourse. (well, selling for
parts would be my last recourse, but you get the idea)
