Peter,

First, coming to LA at this time to the year from Toronto will make you want to
become an illegal alien <g> . . especially after this last weeks weather in the
Great White North <G>

I live in San Diego and value my PB2400 to such an extent that I drove up there last
year and had Kevin Yuhas personally install the Newer G3/320 and a bigger hard drive.
He (and everyone there) is wonderful!

I thought it was going to take a while, so I gave him my cel phone # and told him
to call me when he was getting close to being done, and I ventured forth to find the
closest Frys Electronics <g> I hadnt even spent $100 yet, when the phone rang and
my 2400 was ready to go. He had the job done in less than 40 minutes. .a lot of that
time was for running Post Op tests, to make sure everything was working as
advertised.

I would recommend that you do what I did and call/email prior to the day you are
planning on doing this, getting directions and letting him know what your time frame
is. They didnt say so, but, I think it is bit much to just drop in, expecting him
to drop everything to attend to your needs (even if you just did fly 3000 miles<g>).
If he knows ahead, it is not a problem, from my experience.

It is about a 40-45 minute [they are actually in Orange Co.] drive South, down the
405 from LAX -and you also need to plan on making that in the 1000-1430 time frame,
as traffic at other times is more intense than an non-resident would appreciate <G>
