Hi -- I'm new to the list and pretty new to Duos (I have a 270C and a Duo Dock Plus) -- I understand how the HDI-30 to DB-25 connector works as a SCSI connector, but what's the deal with the switch that allows you to "dock" to a desktop Mac? What should I pay for one of these? Also, the best price I've seen for the M1499 Duo battery is around $100 (new) -- is that as good as it gets? Am I correct in assuming that pretty much any SCSI-1 or -2 3-1/2" hard drive will fit in the Dock's drive bay? Last (for now!), what's a reasonable price to pay for a Duo 20MB memory stick, and what's the most RAM I can put in my 270C? Any help would be appreciated, and TIA...
