I have a noncardbus enabled 2400 that I'm trying to get Ricochet Wireless
to work on. Having given up on trying to get the serial connection to work,
I got a Macally USB PC card which I actually got working in system 9.04.

The problem is, it'll work fine once, then will cause a finder crash after
I restart and reconnect.

I'm using the files that came with the USB Cardbus 1.4.1 which I then
updated with the files from the developers release, USB DDK 1.4.6f12. After
the crash I rebuilt the desktop, trashed the finder prefs, and replaced all
of the above files yet the finder crashes after I restart and insert the
USB card. I should mention that I have a second ethernet PC card inserted
as well.

Any suggestions? Any theories on exactly what is being corrupted from the
initial successful use to the second unsuccessful one? It's occured to me
that I didn't refresh the Ricochet modem file, so I'll try that next time.
Any suggestions from anyone successfully using a USB card are welcome.

TIA
