Thanks, I found the link there and tried all of his proceedures. I have a
feeling that it may be a powermanager reset issue but I don't have time to
find out - it is already off to DT&T.
One strange symptom I have never heard discussed though: if I put the
battery into the computer the whole unit felt like it was generating heat -
not as much as if it was running, but it definitely was warming up. No idea
why, but I think it is a bad sign!
