I don't argue with anything you say, Laurent.  I agree that it will 
likely be a cold day in Cupertino before a Comet-killer comes out. 
No question but that the Ti-G4 is thin-very thin at that.  But the 
width and depth is an issue for me, believe it or not.  As is the 
weight.  I do notice the difference, since my computer is nearly 
always on my shoulder as I go from client to client.  A pound over 
the course of a day, or even .9 pounds, get noticeable by the end of 
the day.  Since the width and depth are less on my comet, I am also 
able to shove more things in my briefcase to make up for that pound 
lost.  The only thing the thinness of the Ti-G4 gets me is more paper 
in my briefcase.

If cost were no object, I would love to have the Ti-G4.  I could 
watch movies on it, if nothing else!  But I have invested a great 
deal of time, money and love into my comet, and I'm going to wait a 
bit before I make the jump to the Ti-G4.  I have little doubt I will, 
but not right now.
