That's the Asante Micro EN/SC. I had one that I used with a Duo2300
connected to an Apple MiniDock. It worked very well and is an excellent
choice. I was able to connect to an ethernet network without any problem.
It's very handy that it draws power from the ADB port so you don't have to
mess with wall warts (as a fellow list member so aptly described the AC
adapter). Plus the latest version of the software, while rather old, still
seems to work just fine. I had it running with OS8.6.

The only drawback to the Micro EN/SC is that it does not have a pass through
connector for additional SCSI devices. If you need this you might need to
consider an Asante Mini EN/SC which has a PowerBook SCSI cable that has a 25
pin pass-through connector. You plug the EN/SC into one side and the other
side is open to connect additional devices via a system cable. I actually
have one of those.
