Once upon a time, (back in the PB 1xx days) there used to be a little device
that had one end which fit into the power jack on the back of the PB. The
other end was a fixture for one of those little rectangular 9V batteries.
The whole device was smaller than the 9V battery. When you wanted to change
batteries, you stuck this into the power jack, swapped the batteries, then
removed the device when you were done. Of course, in the scheme of things,
I don't feel that waking from sleep takes all that long, so why bother. But
then again, this IS an ingenious little device, so it would be worth having
just on that basis alone...
